Have hubby dispute these with CRA's as "not mine" - it takes 30 days for them to do anything. Of you are trying to close on a mortgage, tell the CRA's what the siuation is, and that if their error affects your mortgage or closing, you will take your info to a lawyer.

They do not have enough safeguards in place to make sure they have the right person's report. Don't accept any excuses, stick to your guns.
