I am sorry to tell you that NONE of the information on this board will help you, the FDCPA and FCRA and TILA laws only apply to personal, not business credit transactions.

Some States, like California DO extend their Fair Debt Collection laws to businesses. If you tell us what State you are in we can see if you have any help available.
