This company sucks!! I too received the notice that they were going to reduce my credit line due to some unvalid reasons. They gave me a po box to write and I did via certified mail a month ago. Even sent a current copy of my credit report showing that they were incorrect. I contacted them last week and the representative was able to restore my higher credit line. It took nearly an hour of being on and off hold to get this accomplished. I think I am one of the lucky ones (lucky in actually getting them to do something). Not that I ever want to use the card again. But I wanted the higher credit line listed on my report to help my score. Today, I noticed that the card is under new ownership... emergecard mastercard??? Never heard of them or can find anything out about them. Are they with CompuCredit??
