Good idea. What the reps need to be told is that it's not the current BK issues that need to be looked at and revamped, it's the way the credit industry operates. They bring so many of these problems on themselves because of how they do business and their refusal to actually work with people who run into problems. Collection industry should be reeled in too with stricter laws and stuff for their violations.
