Have you sent the CRA's a coy of your request to the CA for validation, along with a copy of the green card?

Have you checked to see if the accounts are marked "in dispute"?

Have all your prior efforts been by CRRR & have you kept a good paper trail?

If you have done all that, then you will have to file suit in small claims court against the CA & the offending CRA'S.
