I have debt that is past the SOL. I'm in the process of moving. Let's say a CA decides to serve me. They use the address from my credit report, but I've moved without updating my new address. How will this play out? Can they get a judgement by saying I was un locatable? What if the debt isnt past the sol, but the summons server is unable to locate the party being sued. How does this play out? Can a judgement be awarded if they cant locate you? I realize if you leave the state you are possible tolling the sol. Lets say you stay in the same state. What will happen?

Just askin'
