Where can one find the law stating what the sol. on credit debt is? If Im going to court, I cant just tell the judge its 4 years in my state. Can I? What legal form does one need to show the judge to validate this defense? Ive never seen one. Where can I get a copy of this law that shows its 4 years in California?
