If the lawyer shows up, they will try to get you to "settle" or have "mediation" stand your ground. You are NOT a "loser" just a person who NO LONGER has any obligation to pay on an old debt.

You are a WINNER automatically by taking control of your life and not letting the greedy collection agencies con you into paying.
