No, a company called Fitworks which seems to use very similar tactics to Ballys. I could pay the debt, and for all legal purposes I suppose I'm liable for it, but I do feel like I was taken advantage of as a naive kid. I'm just curious if I should be expecting them to take me to court over $600. If theres a high probability of it I guess I'm probably better off paying the reduced amount ($300) that they've been offering me.
