Guess they figured they'd get my attention faster ? Pretty stupid to spend the money for a UPS express delivery for something like that. MBNA has the big bucks and can bribe congressmen with $63M so I guess what they paid is peanuts. I'm never home so they never get me on the phone and I never return their 'urgent' phone calls either, so guess they thought I'd respond to this tactic.. NOT !!!
