Gulf State Credit, L.L.C., Certegy, NCO Financial, National Check Control

I have a few problems. First I paid my debts to NCO and to Gulf State and I have requested several times that they send my something in writing for over a month now. I am getting a home loan and the Mortgage company needs proof that they were paid. I paid them with a bank card. It is on my bank statement and I can prove they were paid through that but other wise I have no way to protect myself in case they do not report it to the credit agency (has happened in the past). How do I get in writing that they were paid. Second I had a check that I needed to pay it is a couple of years old and I was not aware of it. I want to pay this but I can not find anyone who has the account. The CA that is reporting it says that they no longer have the account and kept transfering me back and forth between people then got rude becasue I kept callling them back to find out who was handling my account. They then said I should be getting a statement from this other agency soon. This was after the week before they told me they had my account and I could call back and pay them. I then recieved a new statement from them saying that I had agreed to make payment arangements and I needed to pay my account. When I spoke with them today they said they had pulled my account of history and that is why I got a statement. They then said my account was being handled by National check Control and gave me a number. I called this number and got a recording and when you press the only 2 options they have the both say mailbox is full. How can I find out who has this account so that I can get it removed from my credit.
Third is I have CBE calling me saying I owe them money but on my credit report they are reporting it as paid. I am confused by this. The woman that called was very rude which I know they can be but she did not give me her name and she demanded that I pay her right then. When I told her I did not have they money she told me that I work all week and what did I do with my money. She then said I would have to set up a payment plan of at least $25. I don't want o do anything on this until after I close on my house hopefully nect week but need advice on how to handle this??
