Well, we have something from them on our credit report. We were able to purchase and are in the process of refinancing our home. I don't know your situation, but this company has apparently changed their names a few times. We had our first run-in with them purchasing encyclopedias from a door-to-door salesman in 1997. We cancelled within their cancellation time frame, and refused the merchandise by mail. They still are trying to charge us for the merchandise even though we didn't have it to begin with. The only requirement by our current loan company is to resolve the issue before closing or provide excellent documentation as to why we shouldn't pay. It didn't affect our credit score at all according to the loan officer. Good Luck, seems like quite the scam they have going..... Our records show they have called themselves all of the following....Oryon Corporation, International Acceptance Corporation, IQ International, Direct Cons, and G&M International. The BBB of Atlanta, GA has negative reports under International Acceptance and IQ Internatinal. Interesting!
