A summons from an attorney filed in regards to an attempt to collect on a credit card debt. I planned to answer verbally and inform them of the receipt of the summons and that I was preparing a
written answer. Yes, I was legally served the summons. I was prepared to attempt to negotiate a
plan of payment, but feel that this effort is futile. What to do next?
