If I am attempting to clear a debt that went to collection. I am sending payments regularly. They
are still threatening sueing me. This collector also calls me daily. I finally got a cell phone (that I can't afford) just to have him call that instead.
He says that I am not cooperating, even though I return his calls. It is usually after work and I leave messages for him. I am not able to call till I get off work, and they are two hours ahead of us, so they are closed. What happens if they sue me? Can I still make payments, or do I need to come up with the whole amount. I am drained from a divorce and three teenagers, but trying to make it right.
