NCO accepted my certified SOL letter, and I received the green card back! But although it was signed, it didn't have the date of delivery on it. I assumed the "return receipt" was the green card. I noticed that on the back of the green card, in the "service type" box, there is a place to check off for "return receipt for merchandise". Is this something I should have requested also? I have another SOL letter to send to Arrow Financial and I want to make sure I am doing this right as you had suggested. Thanks! Barbara
