So then, the failure to provide my signature is enough to say the validation is insufficient? I know for a fact that my signature is not on any of the bills sent to me. How do I go about the fraudulent us of my ssn on a bill? Does that include the medical bills or does it make me responsible because my insurance didn't cover all of it? I was not present and did not sign any of the medical contracts either. And if it helps...I'm currently in FL.
