The date of last activity is usually the last time anything was paid on it. The date of the charge-off means nothing for the SOL. It is possible that they could use the SOL for IL, but I believe (WhyChat ?) that the SOL where you live is applicable, not where the expenses were incurred.

Since the last activity was 11/92, then, even if the DO use IL SOL, that will be up in November anyway.
