Thank you very much Teri. I've even talked with lawyers and they couldn't give me a for sure answer without doing some research. I wish you a lot of luck and it will get better for us soon. Nobody wants to fall behind but sometimes it can't be avoided. I have been scared to death about this and this forum has really helped me alot. I heard from this attorney out of the clear blue. One phone call and the next thing I know I get a summons to court. Now I have some hope.
