After I responded to "anon" I read a link to Bayhouse dealing with this same subject. I checked into it a little more carefully and I take back what I told "anon"

Apparently, Citibank has found a way to keep derogatry information on reports for up to 10 years by reporting it this way. It (as Scott pointed out) hurts the credit score, but because it is listed as "paid as agreed" stays off the derogatory information requirement of 7 year removal.
