landlord judgements

I wrote my landlord and ask him if he would have some judgement that was paid in 1999 issued by the clerk of court deleted from my credit report. He wrote me back asking how could he help me to have them deleted. If you can advise me again it would be a great help sincve he is willing to help. Thank you Tee
