Yeah I'm In Il.---- I'm not quite sure when I made the last payment (it was a credit card (MBNA ) got right when I turned 18 (I'm 22 now) and started going to college. I know it wasn't current for very long. Probably 6 months after it was opened(last payment I made). I did agree to the "refinance" cause it sounded like a good idea but at the time I couldnt afford it and I didnt make any payment to them (cap 1). I did notice the origional creditor (as reported to my credit) has changed-- since it seems they (capital 1) re-opened it can they charge it off again though it is already on my credit as a charge off?
