I'm can't get to my experian right now-- but I just looked at my transunoin and the account is staing opened 7 01 (thats when the "refinanced" the account - it was opened in late 98 early 99)and charged off as bad debt 7 2002 (it was probably charged off with MBNA in 2000). Can they do that?? Should I dispute this? I want to pay ack my debt but this doesnt seem right
