Essentially, that's right. Actually, validation requires a little more detail. Your signature on the application, Citibank account number in your name, statements or signed sales receipts. It will be a long battle, though, NCO will sell it to another CA if they can't validate. Is the original Citibank account on your report? Or just NCO? Linda
