Could someone please read the following and make sure I understand my situation. Thanks! Here i go: " since the statue of limitations in OHIO is 4 years no CA can win a lawsuit against me on my credit cards if SOL has expred. HOWEVER, they still can file a lawsuit and try to take me to court for porpuses of trying to scare me and hoping I settle with them. And even if we do go to court the judge will ALWAYS decide in my favor since the SOL has expired. ASSUMING all the above is right, they can and still might continue to harrass via phone/mail but I should NEVER give in due to expired SOL. " IS all the above right? I have lived at the same address during the SOL. Thanks for any imput as I have learned most of this knowledge from your board. Thanks Ychat and others!
