I believe that the REQUEST for interogatories, (or as "Bear" describes it "post judgment discosures") must be entered in the Court records, otherwise how could anyone ever be "arrested" for failure to comply?

I suggested that she check and make sure this was a court sanctioned form, and answer accordingly. It may be that whatever State "Bear" claims to practice in does not have a court procedure for accepting proof of compliance with a court sanctioned request, however in searching through the court procedures for Montana (on my website under Misc. Legal Stuff- Court Procedures) Montana seems to follow the accepted practices of the rules of civil procedure.

I believe "Bear" has posted before under other names with "scare tactics" -they are not useful or valid and will not bring him any more response to his pseudo law service than his prior posts have.
