Im lookin at ny credit report from Experian( I hope The beginning of the date is on there). There are several columns: Date opened/reported since: 8-1998/9-1999 Date of status/Last reported:
9-1999/8-2001 Recent balance/Recent payment:
$0 as of 8-2001/ Status Details:
Accout charged off. $1,257 written off
Charge off as of 9-1999 to 8-2001 Is my SOL somewhere located in here? AND a somewhat related question: Can my SOL date ever change (due to CA and third parties) and is the SOL date binding in the state where I signed the credit card or in state where creit card bank is from? ( maybe it states this in the original credit card contract which I probably dont have). Thanks All!! 0 >)
