I was in AZ when the judgement was filed March 12, 2002, yes I was served and it is a default judgement court action taken 5/14/2002. I am afraid at the time of all this, my head was buried very deep in the sand. I am finding out all sorts of things now, but is it too late? They even hired a tracing service dated 12/19/2000, but we have lived in the same place in Arizona since 1998 with address forwarding at the time of the move from Montana.
