Kay how is the truck registered?
Is it like "John Doe and xyz Corp"------------- Is it like "John Doe OR xyz Corp"
If the truck is regisered to two parties and the word "OR" is used, or the words "and/or". You can do any thing with the truck you want. But so can the other party.
