Let me put it this way. In many states a vehicle can be registered so eather party can sale the vehicle with out the other. If Peter and Mary register the car as Peter "AND" Mary. Peter and Mary must sign off when the car is sold. But If Peter and Mary register the car Peter "OR" Mary, then peter can sale the car with out Mary. And Mary also could with out Peter. Point, If sluger is a hard case, This would be good to know. I understand that your husband and the company are registered owners. But how does the registration read? Is it "and" or is it "OR". Registration is done like this in Calif very often. But I do not know about your state. I am just thinking that if your truck is registered as OR, it should make thing go much faster.
