If you make a reinvestigation with the CRA that is showing the 535 and also the judgment account. Your credit score will go up a day later. When the investigation is done you can expect the score to return to 535. Then do the same thing to all three collection accounts at the same time. The negative will come out and the score will go up during the reinvestigation.
