Read what I wrote. Ignored discovery requests can finally lead to an arrest. True, by that time there has to be something in court. But a consumer putting his head in the sand will never know that. If Aggravated's nemesis is only sending letters, rather than formal written questions, it probably hasn't gotten that bad. Without seeing exactly what the nemisis did, it's impossible to say. It's also impossible to say whether Lawyer Nemesis can ask about Mr. Aggravated's income. If that is contributing to her support, it could well be fair game. There are too many variables to provide a reliable answer in a forum such as this. Someone who knows what he's doing has to look at Aggravated's papers and advise her on that basis.
