My debts certainly *are* beyond SOL, but I have none of the paperwork proving that (they've fallen off of my credit report), so I'm going to send validation letters to begin with. If they don't answer, then I'm home free; if they do answer the validation, they provide me with the original delinquency date, which would then give me what I need to send the SOL letter.

Does anyone know whether you can be served through your PO? I'm hoping that it won't happen and really doubting that it will, but would like to be sure....
