A paid chargeoff by itself will not prevent you from obtaining a mortgage with decent rates. It is important that your CR reflect that it is PAID IF FULL or otherwise settled, or else you will need to provide proof that it has been paid. The real issue is the impact on your scores - check your FICO on all CRs. My lender required 670 for prime, but there were decent rates available if a bit below 670. [ it may have been 680... ] As for the chargeoffs - dispute them with the CRA - maybe you'll get lucky.
