send payment to 1 creditor only?

I owe lots of CC debts and almost all of them passed the charge-off phase. Their appointed CAs used to call my cell phone and I didn't answer their calls. 2 of them called me at work and I sent them a cease letter and they stopped calling. Now I don't receive any calls from the CA anymore. I wonder what are they doing or planning to do now? Except Chase still calls me at work. I owe them about $13K and is about to be charged-off. They want me to joint a "program", like CCC. The payment is about $120/mo for 4yrs(payment was around $320 before my financial problem). But my current job might last only a few months. Should I go with that plan so they, or their CA, won't call me at work?
I still have one card that is current. Will jointing such program affect this card?
Will other CAs start calling me again if they know I have payment plan with Chase? Thanks,
