I posted yesterday with the subject Way Far Gone (Help) My problem is no longer with NCO Financial it is with First Resolution. Apparantley NCO gave up trying to collect in 1999, they had made me an offer but I had no money at the time. The original amount was $3,727. Through all of this it has changed to 4000, 5000, went back to 3 something in the judgement, but First Resolution says it is now over 8,000 at 23.9 interest starting in May 1998. With NCO I mentioned doing a bankruptcy as soon as I could afford the lawyer and I didn't hear from them again. I am not sure if this is why though.
