NCO Financial listed the account as Capital One 2nds, claiming that Capital One placed it with them for collections on March 16, 1999. They do not claim to own the account. On my credit report Capital One shows it as a charge off dated 5/25/1998. First Resolution also claims in the summons that they are the assignee of Capital One Bank. Neither state that they have bought the account.
