Do this. Let him think that you've not paid on the truck for a while. Let him know it. Tell him that repossers have been hounding you. Follow the slob to some out of the way place.(shopping mall etc.) Somewhere far from his home. Use your spare key to take back the truck. He thinks it's repossesed or stolen. He doesn't have insurance so no insurance company to deal with. He probably doesn't have the guts to call you. He probably won't call the cops because it's deliquent.
