I read that if the original creditor does not have the original contract that the debt can not be (specifically) validated (never mind verified). Any how one article on the net states the usefulness of a validation with regards to collection agencies, but what about an account audit with the original creditor by way of a validation (with regards to the original binding contract).

Has any one tried this or has more info about this subject ie original contracts, validations w/original creditor, requesting account audits.
