I have the name and address of the attorney in question. I do believe that he is the owner of this ca to. I have no proof but that is my feeling about it. They are both from the same area. I was very surprised that the judge allowed him another mediation. The judge wasn't to happy the day he couldn't get through to him. He said he refused to use the tax payers money to call this attorney. Something isn't right about this situation at all. If I had been given the opportunity to respond to this before I was summons I would have done so. I will use the sol when I go to the mediation on the 29th and will also take a copy of the statue that pertains to this. I only hope that I can get the mediator to drop it as he has no case on me. I will never understand how you can be summons into court by people that don't contact you before. He says he did and I say he didn't.
