I am no longer dealing with NCO Financial, First Resolution Investment Corporation is the one with the judgement against me. I got a letter from there attorneys in January and they filed in March. Did you request validation of the debt? I am just finding out all this stuff myself, another website I just found is consumers.creditnet.com A friend also showed me a letter to use with an attachment called a Creditor Disclosure Statement did you send them one of those?
