The information "Fenrir"asked for is VERY important if there is any chance this is actually your account.

However, if you are SURE it is not, here is a good sample "butt-kicker" letter for you.

In addition, check your credit reports for other discrepancies like unknown addresses (for yourself) strange inquiries etc.

You may wish to put a fraud alert on your credit reports.
