Asking Why Chat to please respond to this message because I need to know if Capital One can sue me if they don't own account. As of yet I have not received validation from First Resolution. There the ones who claim they legally own my Capital One account. I wrote them in April. Also when I respond to Writ should I send them a copy of First Resolution letter stating ownership of this account. When I look at Writ it has the same address as Capital One. Could they be a spinoff. Can I make a motion in small claims court to have this dismiss with predjudice since they are not the legal owners. Also since First Resolution is based in Seattle, Washington and I don't believe they have license to do business in Connecticut can I use Washington's SOL as a defense. When I wrote them in April I raised the question that I believed the SOL on this account had expired.

I am axiously waiting your response. Thank you.
