Is it really feasible (stupid question, but I read somewhere on this board that it is dumb) to sue someone for about $1000? I know that anyone can sue for anything, but will they waste their time? And, any place I can find some sample settlement letters?

Thanks alot, Why Chat. I appreciate any and all help. Asset Acceptance has been rude, and I want to send him a nasty note about the way he treated my wife, but I won't because it will just hurt me in the long run.
