The Yamaha card is a revolving charge account, that much I know for certain. They did repossess, but showed up out of the blue and took the WaveRunner. No notice(s) before or after - just the same Household statement each month. In June they applied the sale of the WaveRunner to the balance. I live in Los Angeles County - how do I look up UCC filings? Are they available on the Net or do I have to go to a pubic records depot?
