You do not need a specific date- just give month and year to best of your knowledge.
Some States start SOL on last payment or charge date to original creditor, which in most cases is actually EARLIER than first delinquency date.

Your records, whatever they are, are probably much more accurate than any that these scavanger garbage ca's have.

The only time you need a more accurate date, would be if a ca had re-aged it on your credit report.
