Judgement on CR and old and paid debts

We are trying to remortgage and there is a judgement on our Credit report that is from Culligan, well they filed the judgement because we refused to pay monthly service due to a billing error on their part, so they sued for the whole machine plus back rental fees, well I told them to come get the machine and I paid the bill off and closed the entire acct. Well the judgement never even made it in court as it was all settled before the court date and dropped. How can I get that taken off?? If at all?
The other ? is there are several old cc debts, charge offs and some paid accts that were old charge offs, that are still on out CR, can I remove them and what is the best way to go about it. How much will removing all that raise our credit score?Do I contact all 3 credit reporting agencys? Thanks
