reported as paying late,am not!OBSERVER or WHY CHAT

I disputed to all 3 CRAs. My credit report has been corrected at two. But after 4 disputes to Equifax I can't get them to correct the report. OSI/Heilig Meyers Master Trust is the creditor. OSI is the reciver for the now BK Heilig Meyers. So it is not a collection account. It is also paid off, but OSI is still reporting two times 30 days late. I was never late, infact I paid the contract off 4 months earley.
So OSI has reported Dec 2001 and March 2002. Then they report Oct 2001 and April 2002. Then two unknown dates as me being late and now report two times 30 days late. I can not send a copys of checks to Equifax every time OSI comes up with a new date. But can I make some demand to OSI to prove this? What letter do I send now?
