That isn't the question. I'm well aware that TILA defines the terms, as I pointed out in my earlier post. Just because an account is "open end" or "closed end" under TILA doesn't mean that status carries over for state SOL purposes. That is the question.

Normally states are allowed to set their own SOL's. Is there some case that says the TILA definition binds the states?
