trying to fix my credit for the first time since robbery

I had my house broken into one night my social security card, checks, drivers license, credit cards, everything was stolen. By the time I found out later the next day that the breakin occurred. The thieves had spent over 10,000. in checks and charges. I closed the accounts, but over a year later I still get collections from these bills. I still cant write a check anywhere because my social security number has been mark by checksystems and telechex. I have sent many affidavits and police reports to both check agencies and all three CRA's. I dont know what to do now nothing seems to work.
