If you are 100% certain that your account was never 30 days late - in other words you're not disputing that they are just reporting the wrong dates - you should speak with an attorney. It appears that there are FCRA violations here.

I know your post indicates that you haven't been late but, sometimes people forget. If you wish to discuss this matter you may email me at PacificLawCenter@aol.com. Whether you do that or not, by all means, keep everything and that includes EVERY credit report. Credit reports should be kept, virtually, forever. If they continue to "verify" these "lates", you really should file a lawsuit. I'm not trying to suggest that it's worth lots of $$$$$$ but is is worth something and you should pursue it.
